All eye drops from the HYLO® EYE CARE range have very good tolerability. Side effects are extremely seldom. Always read the patient information leaflet, however, and take advice from your doctor or pharmacist.

Free from preservatives and phosphates – therefore good tolerability

All eye drops in the HYLO® EYE CARE family are preservative-free. That is why they have good tolerability and why side effects are rare – even for long-term use.

Compared to many other eye drops, HYLO® EYE CARE products are phosphate-free. There is a good reason for this: frequent use of eye drops containing phosphates on a damaged cornea can cause permanent, irreversible depositions of crystals in the cornea. These can severely impair vision. All products in the HYLO® EYE CARE family therefore rely on phosphate-free preparations.

If there is intolerance to one of the ingredients in HYLO® EYE CARE  products, the drops should not be used.
